CHRISTMAS DEADLINE

We’re asking our customers to place their orders in advance and to have extra patience this holiday season due to higher volumes. Delays are to be expected both from our team and the Canada Post. We ask our customers to follow through with their tracking numbers on the Canada Post website. We also cannot guarantee any delivery on time for Christmas but will try our best to have orders shipped as fast as possible. This holiday season has posed a different challenge then previous years due to the ongoing pandemic, we have limited staff that are doing their best to serve. Thank you for your co-operation. 

All domestic orders within Canada are shipped via Canada Post; Expedited Parcel, XpressPost or Priority

The shipping price is calculated once a product is added to your cart and your billing and/or shipping information is complete. 

Please be sure to check the shipping notes on the product pages, since only items that are noted as “Ship in 24 Hours” can ship out the same day.

Products that do not indicate “Ship in 24 Hours“, usually ship out within 3 to 7 days after the order has been placed.

Orders with numerous products; some of which are tagged with “Ship in 24 Hours” and others not; will only ship out once all products are gathered and ready to be shipped together in the same package. This means the order will ship out within the given timeline of 3 to 7 days after the order was placed.
